"I really want to share this with you! I felt like yesterday was a double win for me. Last week I was telling my telling my mom and my husband “ I think I am starting to feel physically stronger. I also think I am seeing progress in my legs I am not 100% sure” this is the first summer I put shorts on and didn’t feel self conscious about my legs. I took a photo from April 2023 the month before I signed up with you and took a photo a yesterday🥹 this made me cry cause I was so proud of myself! I have been trying for 4 years to start seeing change. I know it’s not a huge change but this is big for me. I am working really hard on being consistent with showing everyday. There has been a few month, I hardly showed up, but this is just a push of motivation and reminder to work harder and show up on my mat everyday with you!"

"Seriously addicted to your classes! I genuinely look forward to them every morning. 3 months ago, I was eating so many processed foods, late night snacking, never drinking water or thinking of protein. Because of your program, I've been focusing on protein, drinking a minimum of 1L of water per day & doing your classes 5x per week. Crazy what a few months of consistency can do to your body. "I joined the Namastay Sweaty Club just over 2.5 years ago now. I had just finished nursing my 4th (and last) baby. I was feeling so sad that a chapter of my life was closing. I had seen information show up about the Club and was feeling a tug to start prioritizing exercise and taking care of myself (not just my kids.) And my only regret is that I didn't start sooner. I had done some fitness stuff and some running in the past, but never anything like this. And I LOVE IT. I have lost 25lbs and gained so much muscle. I have more energy, I can piggy back my kids, and run around the park keeping up with them, carry all the groceries in and up the stairs with ease, higher sex drive, the list of ways it's improved my life is endless. I'm happier and healthier and I honestly can't imagine my life without it now. There is something about the way that Taylar teaches classes, her genuine laughter, drive and passion for what she does that is so contagious. “2 Years! Hard work, discipline and doing it when I didn’t want to. My fitness journey began out of necessity. I was tired of feeling sick and tired. Do 30 minute workouts really work?

After my first child born, I was determined to get STRONG & feel good in my body. At 5 months postpartum, I started my fitness journey with home workouts because as a new Mom, I didn't have time to get to the gym or studio consistently enough to make any change & I was such a beginner, I wanted something quick & effective. What started as a journey to transform my body led me to transforming my LIFE

Home workouts not only changed my body, but also elevated my energy, my mindset, & my overall health & wellness. I fell in love with fitness - specifically strength & resistance training and yoga.

 

In 2017 I felt called & decided to pursue my yoga & fitness teacher training part time while I worked full time in the Natural Foods industry. I began teaching group classes in 5 different studios until 2020 when all of our gyms & studios shut down. 

Determined to help people keep moving for their mental & physical health as well as with a nudge from some of my regular studio members, I began offering classes online fitness & yoga classes for free from my tiny apartment - structured just how I started my fitness journey! 

A few months into teaching online, a sweat community was created & growing -- more & more women showing up to workout with me live online. The feedback I received was so incredible that I knew I had to keep going & continue offering my weekly home based fitness program to help more women fall in love with fitness & so, Namastay Sweaty Club was born.

 

Now, our sweaty community has grown to thousands of women, sweating together from the comfort of home. Each woman on their own journey, meeting on the mat each week to transform their lives.

"THEY SHOULD BOTTLE THIS FEELING!!!!! When I was first introduced to Namastay Sweaty club a few years ago, it seemed too good to be true. A community of women, all working towards the same goal of being the strongest, leanest, best versions of themselves. I almost didn’t believe that it could feel as supportive as they claimed. But after humming and hawing, I jumped in blind and never looked back. Weight loss was something that came as a reward and a second chair to my bigger goal of being able to carry my children long distances through an emergency situation. "I had never done home workouts. I was so used to doing in person classes and being with a group of people I didn’t know what to expect. I started doing her 30 minute workouts with 5 pound dumbbells. I fell in love with working out in the comfort of my own home. When I started working out with Taylar I got to the point where I just knew I needed to start moving my body! Being only 37 I was getting aches and pains, missing periods, always tired even though I was getting 7-8 hours sleep, I felt weak and wasn’t able to keep up with my son like I used to! I had tried Taylar’s workouts before and knew I loved them so when I saw some photos after returning from a trip, I realized it was time to do something and finally commit! I’ve never had body issues before and it wasn’t about the weight gain but it was obvious at that moment it was effecting my health and after loosing both my parents at a young age due to health complications, my reason why got real strong! So I started showing up in my pyjamas! It was a challenge enough to just wake up and work out, changing into workout clothes was one added barrier I didn’t need! With Taylar’s incredible coaching, she somehow always knew what to say just when I needed to hear it and it kept me coming back! When I show up in the Sweaty Club, I just know my job is to honour my body, stay for 30 minutes and do my best, that’s it! Taylar reinforced that my best looks different each day and that this whole working out thing is hard for everyone which helped create this sense of community even though it was just me in my living room! I could go on and on about this club and Taylar! It’s just the best workout experience I’ve had! She keeps each workout fresh and fun while pushing my limits in the most caring and knowledgeable way possible giving lots of options that work for me! After staying fully committed for 6 months, I’ve lost most of the weight, have way less aches and pains, my periods are regular again and I can still beat my son in an arm wrestle!   • Do I need prior fitness or yoga experience to participate? Where should I start if I'm a beginner?
    Not at all! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned gym goers & everything in between. Taylar provides modifications & variations, ensuring that you can pull back or push yourself, ensuring everyone can participate safely & get a great sweat from home.
  • Can I access the classes on demand if I miss the live session?
    Yes, absolutely! All our classes are available 24/7 on demand, so you can choose the best time to workout that fits your schedule or revisit your favorite workouts easily at your convenience.
  • Does the Club membership include nutrition guidance?
    Namastay Sweaty Club memberships provide full access to our hundreds of fitness (High Impact, Low Impact, Equipment Free & live Sweat Challenges) plus Yoga classes as well as our Club community forum & access to Taylar as well. For Nutritional Guidance, check out our course 'Stay Optimized to support your fitness journey - which provides the frame work to optimize your body composition as well as 4 weeks sample meal plan with lifetime access.
  • How long are the live fitness and yoga classes?
    All of our live fitness and yoga classes are 30 minutes long, making them perfect for busy women who need effective & convenient workouts that fit into their lifestyle.
  • What equipment do I need for the classes?
    Our classes are designed to be accessible with minimal equipment. Most of our classes require a yoga mat, dumbbells, bench or step & resistance bands (recommended). However, we also offer "Equipment Free" classes that require nothing at all in all class types as well as all of our Cardio HIIT classes.   • How can I cancel my membership?
    Upon signing up for your membership, you agree to a "no cancellation" policy. Namastay Sweaty Club offers discounted rates for longer commitments which don't allow for cancellation (much like any gym or studio). We do offer a flexible month-to-month membership which can be cancelled at any time.
  • What is a Sweat Challenge?
    Sweat Challenges are a LIVE 3 week container of our weekly fitness program. They are especially motivating & do not require a membership. They are offered 3 times per year to the public - January, April, & September. Sweat Challenges offer a tracker & prize draw for those who complete. Sign up begins 4 weeks prior to the start date which is announced to our Email + Social media community. We also offer our previous 3 week (REPLAY) Sweat Challenges that you can do anytime. Find them under our "Courses" section of the website.
