JOIN NAMASTAY SWEATY CLUB

Our weekly fitness program consists of 5 core classes designed to sustainably incorporate movement into your lifestyle to create positive change in your physical & mental health.

LEG DAY LOVE - CARDIO HIIT - ARM & CORE SCULPT - BOOTY BURN - FULL BODY FLEX​

This program is designed for ALL bodies & ALL levels. No matter what your fitness goals are - you can guarantee a great sweat from home!

Each class is also offered in Low Impact & Equipment free options

Minimal equipment required:

✦ dumbbells

✦ resistance band

✦ yoga mat

✦ bench/box or step (recommended heigh 16-18")

Namastay Sweaty Club also offers

✦ Moon Stretch Yoga - Functional deep stretch class, encouraging the lengthening of the muscles, increasing flexibility & surrendering to the soft power of the feminine energy.


✦ Flow into Balance Yoga - Flowing power Vinyasa style yoga class that couples strength with stretch to create the ultimate balance in the body.

"This Club is so much more than just fitness. I can't fully express how it has helped my turn my life around. Last year, I fell into a scary cycle of horrible eating habits, sedentary lifestyle & I was riddled with depression & anxiety. I joined a free 7 day trial & was hooked immediately. "I joined the Sweaty Club 10 months ago and after that first class I wondered what the heck I had just signed myself up for 😅The first class kicked my ass and I thought “if the rest of the week is this hard, I don’t think I can do it”. And here I am almost 1 year later and I DID IT! 💪🏻 I love that the workouts are only 30 minutes but still effective - especially when you’ve got sweat dripping down your arms, you know it was a good one. I’ve lost 18.5lbs & 7” so far but overall I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I’m so happy & grateful that I came across Taylar’s page and this program.

"I’m 5 months postpartum with my second child. Before having kids I was a gym rat and in the best shape of my life. With all the restrictions and closures I quit the gym and was never able to get back into a routine. I was hesitant to join the sweaty club because I had tried the free YouTube workouts and never really stuck to them or gave it my all. When I started working out with Taylar I got to the point where I just knew I needed to start moving my body! Being only 37 I was getting aches and pains, missing periods, always tired even though I was getting 7-8 hours sleep, I felt weak and wasn’t able to keep up with my son like I used to! I had tried Taylar’s workouts before and knew I loved them so when I saw some photos after returning from a trip, I realized it was time to do something and finally commit! I’ve never had body issues before and it wasn’t about the weight gain but it was obvious at that moment it was effecting my health and after loosing both my parents at a young age due to health complications, my reason why got real strong! So I started showing up in my pyjamas! It was a challenge enough to just wake up and work out, changing into workout clothes was one added barrier I didn’t need! With Taylar’s incredible coaching, she somehow always knew what to say just when I needed to hear it and it kept me coming back! When I show up in the Sweaty Club, I just know my job is to honour my body, stay for 30 minutes and do my best, that’s it! Taylar reinforced that my best looks different each day and that this whole working out thing is hard for everyone which helped create this sense of community even though it was just me in my living room! I could go on and on about this club and Taylar! It’s just the best workout experience I’ve had! She keeps each workout fresh and fun while pushing my limits in the most caring and knowledgeable way possible giving lots of options that work for me! After staying fully committed for 6 months, I’ve lost most of the weight, have way less aches and pains, my periods are regular again and I can still beat my son in an arm wrestle! Taylar really feels like my personal coach right in my living room! Joining the Sweaty Club and staying committed has been one of my best decisions!
