You don't need pre-workout, but you could try this!

No one is likely more surprised by this supplement swap than me, a former pre-workout addict. To be honest, I can't even recall how/why I started taking pre-workout when I started my fitness journey, but I took is every. single. morning. for YEARS. Most pre-workouts are loaded with caffeine & stimulants (not to mention artificial colours, flavours, sweetners, etc) which wreak havoc on your hormones, provide pseduo-energy & can almost become addictive.
