When I was first introduced to Namastay Sweaty club a few years ago, it seemed too good to be true. A community of women, all working towards the same goal of being the strongest, leanest, best versions of themselves. I almost didn’t believe that it could feel as supportive as they claimed. But after humming and hawing, I jumped in blind and never looked back. Weight loss was something that came as a reward and a second chair to my bigger goal of being able to carry my children long distances through an emergency situation. And although I don’t directly communicate with any other clubbies, simply seeing other women posting to their stories (through the club IG) showing that they did the damn thing that day has significantly improved my own determination and drive to put my head down and continue as well.
Tay is encouraging and helpful with more to offer than just her infinite library of workouts to suit your mood/ability- she has insightful and inspiring info regarding monthly cycles, nutrition, sleep and creating lasting habits. She’s no nonsense but also a soft place to land. It feels incredible to be the version of myself I knew was within all along. LET’S GET IT!"

I started out with a 3 week challenge, and while it was extremely hard at the size I was, I stuck through and it was the first challenge I've ever fully completed! I continued on my health journey and it was far from perfect but I've continued to be consistent which is something I've learned from Taylar; "consistency over perfection". I've come to realize there is no quick fix, this is a life-long journey and I've really evolved into loving movement and fitness (even burpees!!). "I had never done home workouts. I was so used to doing in person classes and being with a group of people I didn’t know what to expect. I started doing her 30 minute workouts with 5 pound dumbbells. I fell in love with working out in the comfort of my own home. I loved that I could do it at whatever time worked for my schedule, wear whatever I wanted and play whatever music I was feeling! 4 years later and I’m still doing these killer workouts but with way heavier weights! I will never go back to public classes because I have found exactly where I need to be with Taylar. I’m so grateful for her inspiration and constant motivation she gives all of her Club members. "I’m 5 months postpartum with my second child. Before having kids I was a gym rat and in the best shape of my life. With all the restrictions and closures I quit the gym and was never able to get back into a routine. "I joined the Sweaty Club 10 months ago and after that first class I wondered what the heck I had just signed myself up for 😅The first class kicked my ass and I thought “if the rest of the week is this hard, I don’t think I can do it”. And here I am almost 1 year later and I DID IT! 💪🏻 I love that the workouts are only 30 minutes but still effective - especially when you’ve got sweat dripping down your arms, you know it was a good one. I’ve lost 18.5lbs & 7” so far but overall I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I’m so happy & grateful that I came across Taylar’s page and this program.

When I started working out with Taylar I got to the point where I just knew I needed to start moving my body! Being only 37 I was getting aches and pains, missing periods, always tired even though I was getting 7-8 hours sleep, I felt weak and wasn’t able to keep up with my son like I used to! I had tried Taylar’s workouts before and knew I loved them so when I saw some photos after returning from a trip, I realized it was time to do something and finally commit! I’ve never had body issues before and it wasn’t about the weight gain but it was obvious at that moment it was effecting my health and after loosing both my parents at a young age due to health complications, my reason why got real strong! So I started showing up in my pyjamas! It was a challenge enough to just wake up and work out, changing into workout clothes was one added barrier I didn’t need! With Taylar’s incredible coaching, she somehow always knew what to say just when I needed to hear it and it kept me coming back! When I show up in the Sweaty Club, I just know my job is to honour my body, stay for 30 minutes and do my best, that’s it! Taylar reinforced that my best looks different each day and that this whole working out thing is hard for everyone which helped create this sense of community even though it was just me in my living room! I could go on and on about this club and Taylar! It’s just the best workout experience I’ve had! She keeps each workout fresh and fun while pushing my limits in the most caring and knowledgeable way possible giving lots of options that work for me! After staying fully committed for 6 months, I’ve lost most of the weight, have way less aches and pains, my periods are regular again and I can still beat my son in an arm wrestle! “2 Years! Hard work, discipline and doing it when I didn’t want to. My fitness journey began out of necessity. I was tired of feeling sick and tired. "I joined the Namastay Sweaty Club just over 2.5 years ago now. I had just finished nursing my 4th (and last) baby. I was feeling so sad that a chapter of my life was closing. I had seen information show up about the Club and was feeling a tug to start prioritizing exercise and taking care of myself (not just my kids.) And my only regret is that I didn't start sooner. I had done some fitness stuff and some running in the past, but never anything like this. And I LOVE IT. I have lost 25lbs and gained so much muscle. I have more energy, I can piggy back my kids, and run around the park keeping up with them, carry all the groceries in and up the stairs with ease, higher sex drive, the list of ways it's improved my life is endless. I'm happier and healthier and I honestly can't imagine my life without it now. "Seriously addicted to your classes! I genuinely look forward to them every morning. 3 months ago, I was eating so many processed foods, late night snacking, never drinking water or thinking of protein. Because of your program, I've been focusing on protein, drinking a minimum of 1L of water per day & doing your classes 5x per week. Crazy what a few months of consistency can do to your body. As you can see in the first photos, I am super bloated & went to bed with a stomachache every night. Genuinely feeling so much better now. This is just the beginning! Thank you thank you thank you! "I really want to share this with you! I felt like yesterday was a double win for me. Last week I was telling my telling my mom and my husband “ I think I am starting to feel physically stronger. I also think I am seeing progress in my legs I am not 100% sure” this is the first summer I put shorts on and didn’t feel self conscious about my legs.
I took a photo from April 2023 the month before I signed up with you and took a photo a yesterday🥹 this made me cry cause I was so proud of myself! I have been trying for 4 years to start seeing change. I know it’s not a huge change but this is big for me.
I am working really hard on being consistent with showing everyday. There has been a few month, I hardly showed up, but this is just a push of motivation and reminder to work harder and show up on my mat everyday with you!"

"Postpartum body image has been so hard for me. Body imagine in general has always been a struggle for me. I started Taylar’s workouts 4 months postpartum with my first babe in 2020. Had another baby & have been doing her workouts since 4 weeks Postpartum. To say she’s helped me is an understatement. These workouts have literally helped me find myself again. Mentally and physically. Taylar has been so supportive and encouraging through it all. It’s crazy to think these photos are almost 9 months apart! I’ve grown so much in these last few years. Learning to make time for myself to better myself. It doesn’t happen over night. We all want it to but it takes time. It takes hard work & I’m dang proud of myself for getting where I am today.
